Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover scheduling costs. No-show appointments are subject to a service call fee.
On-site services are performed by qualified technicians at the date and time agreed upon during scheduling. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area and to disclose any known hazards, structural limitations, or existing system configurations relevant to the project.
Quoted service prices cover the scope of work described in the estimate. Additional work discovered during installation—such as outdated wiring, incompatible hardware, or structural modifications—may require a revised quote before proceeding. You are never obligated to approve additional charges.
Our 90-day workmanship guarantee covers labor performed by Bennington Home Search technicians. If an issue arises from our installation work within 90 days of completion, contact us for a complimentary return visit to assess and remedy the problem.
Products sold through Bennington Home Search carry the original manufacturer's warranty as specified on each product page. Warranty terms, duration, and claim procedures vary by brand and product category. We will assist you in initiating manufacturer warranty claims when applicable.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms or on a product page, Bennington Home Search makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Service warranties are limited to the 90-day workmanship guarantee described in Section 8.
